Before Plan & Adapt, I founded Solarity in 2003, working in organizational strategy, project management, process improvement, and operational capacity. Solarity was later acquired by HealthTech Solutions.
That work shaped how I think about systems, change, leadership, and the way people and organizations move through transitions — threads that show up in coaching too.
This page exists purely as background, not as a consulting offer. Plan & Adapt's current offer is individual coaching; business consulting isn't something offered independently here.
