Writing
Poetry and reflection on memory, faith, doubt, music, grief, place, and the small moments that stay with us.
I write to pay attention — to memory, to place, to the quiet parts of family and faith that don't always make it into conversation. Some of it is poetry. Some of it is closer to an essay that hasn't decided what it wants to be yet. Underneath most of it are the same few questions: what a life is for, what's worth carrying forward, and what it means to keep adapting without losing track of yourself.
Writing is part of the wider Plan & Adapt world — a place for reflection, memory, and meaning. The primary offer here is coaching, but the writing helps show the questions underneath the work.
Featured project
Right now, most of what's here belongs to a single ongoing project: a combined research and poetry project on Micajah Burnett, a Shaker architect at Pleasant Hill, Kentucky.

More essays, poems, and other writing projects will find their way here over time. This page will grow slowly, the way real writing does.
