How we work together
You bring the decision or question you are facing. In 50-minute sessions, we explore it together and identify a useful next step. You do not need a finished plan before we begin, and we can adjust the direction as you learn more.
I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a business founder, and a project and change professional. I bring that experience to our conversations while keeping your goals and judgment at the center.

Rates and getting started
Individual coaching rates are published on the rates page. If an employer is sponsoring your coaching, we discuss the scope and fee before you commit.
The first conversation is free. We talk about what brought you here, what you hope to work on, and whether coaching together feels like a fit. Email to arrange a time; no booking or payment is required to inquire.
Questions you may have
- Do I need to know what career I want?
- No. Figuring out what matters and what you want to explore can be the work itself.
- Will you write my résumé or find me a job?
- This offer focuses on direction, decisions, and following through. It does not include résumé writing, recruitment, or job placement.
- What if I am thinking about retirement?
- If the question is how you want to live as work becomes a smaller part of your life, the Next Chapter coaching page may be a better starting point.
