Coaching Rates
Straightforward and transparent. All coaching sessions are 50 minutes, one on one, over video or in person in the Midway, Kentucky area.

These rates are intentionally lower than what one-on-one coaching like this usually costs. The goal is simple: make meaningful coaching affordable to the people who need it, not only the people who can easily afford it.
Leadership Through Change
A separate 12-week leadership coaching package is available for $1,500. It includes six sessions, opening and closing goal reviews, written next steps, and brief email check-ins between sessions.
Pay it forward
If you have the means, you can help keep it that way. Paying it forward lets clients who are able to give a little more help cover sessions for someone who can't, and it's part of what makes the lower rates sustainable.
