A 12-week individual coaching package

Leadership through change

A new role. A changing team. More people looking to you for answers. You need room to think about how you want to lead.

I work with managers, leaders, and project professionals who want to lead with more clarity and help other people take ownership. We work with the situations you are facing now, using your experience and judgment to find a way forward.

12 weeks · Six coaching sessions · $1,500

Who this is for

  • You have moved into management or taken on a larger role.
  • Your team is facing a change you need to help them navigate.
  • Too many decisions depend on you, and you want to delegate more thoughtfully.
  • You are preparing for a difficult conversation or finding your voice as a leader.

What we can work on

  • Clarifying what your role requires and where to put your attention.
  • Practicing questions that help others think rather than wait for your answer.
  • Exploring boundaries, delegation, and accountability.
  • Choosing a next step, trying it at work, and reflecting on what you learn.

How we work together

Over 12 weeks, we meet for six 50-minute coaching sessions, usually every other week. We agree on one or two leadership goals, work with situations you are facing, and review what changes as you put your decisions into practice.

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a business founder, and a project and change professional. I bring that experience to our conversations while keeping your goals and judgment at the center.

Your 12-week package

$1,500 for the full engagement, whether you or your employer pays.

  • Six 50-minute individual coaching sessions over 12 weeks.
  • A 30-minute opening conversation to agree on your goals and how you will recognize progress.
  • A 30-minute closing review to reflect on progress and choose what comes next.
  • A brief written record of the goals and next steps we agree on, shared with you.
  • One brief email check-in between each coaching session, for a question or reflection related to your goals.

For employer-sponsored coaching, the opening and closing conversations can include a sponsor if you agree. We decide in advance what may be shared; private session content is not reported to your employer.

This package adds a defined timeframe, goal-setting and review conversations, and support between sessions. It is separate from the standard individual coaching sessions and packages.

Before we begin, we agree in writing on scheduling, payment, confidentiality, and cancellation terms. Coaching does not guarantee a promotion, a job change, or a particular business result.

The first conversation is free. We talk about what brought you here, what you hope to work on, and whether coaching together feels like a fit. Email to arrange a time; no booking or payment is required to inquire.

Questions you may have

Can my employer sponsor coaching?
We can discuss an employer-sponsored arrangement in the fit conversation. Before starting, we agree on goals, fees, and what may be shared with a sponsor. Session content remains confidential within the agreed coaching terms.
Is this executive coaching or consulting?
This is individual leadership coaching, including for experienced leaders. We focus on your thinking and actions. Organizational strategy and business consulting are offered through HealthTech Solutions, an HMA Company.
Can I learn to coach my own team?
Yes. If that is your main goal, the Coaching Skills at Work page describes that focus in more detail.
